Claire Dignazio

I am a senior at Princeton, majoring in Molecular Biology and minoring in Vocal Performance. I am originally from Wilmington, Delaware, and I have been enraptured by science for most of my life. Joining the Jonikas lab in March of 2023, I’ve had the opportunity to help characterize proteins associated with Chlamydomonas pyrenoid tubules, such as MITH1. I look forward to continuing to collaborate with and gain valuable scientific insights from other members of the Jonikas lab. After graduating, I plan on pursuing a career in medicine. 

Outside of the lab, I love to make music, play tennis, be in nature, and take care of my (three!) cats.
